We are pleased to share with you that beginning October 3, 2022, you now have even greater transparency and insight into your health and wellness through SA国际传媒MyChart and the SA国际传媒MyChart App.
Patients with access to their medical record will begin to see notes related to phone calls between providers regarding your care and information about prescription refills. Additionally, you will see a new feature in your medical record titled, Request My Medical Records, where you can electronically request your medical record.

In SA国际传媒MyChart, once signed in, click "Visits" from the top navigation. On the SA国际传媒App, once signed in, tap the "Appointments" icon at the bottom of the screen.
Request Your Medical Records
In SA国际传媒MyChart you'll see a new "Request My Medical Records" option in the menu.
No, the additional content will apply only to outpatients.
No, there will not be a retroactive release of previous notes. Notes beginning October 3, 2022 moving forward will be released.
